In particular, they have promised to release goods within 48 hours upon arrival as far as possible, and for express and perishable goods within 6 hours upon arrival, which will help improve the efficiency of logistics customs clearance and boost export growth. From the perspective of e-commerce, all parties commit to promote "paperless trade", recognize the effectiveness of electronic signature, provide institutional guarantee for online transactions, and facilitate enterprises to expand exports through cross-border e-commerce platforms.

In terms of rules of origin, the raw materials used by enterprises in RCEP member countries in the production process can be regarded as local raw materials, which can accumulate and increase the proportion of original value components and make it easier for exports from RCEP member countries to reach the threshold of enjoying preferential tariffs.
